1. SCHOOL SENDING TIMES

Average response time is within 3 business days from when Parchment notifies WPISD.

2. ELECTRONIC DELIVERY TIMES

Parchment will deliver the records as soon as they are processed by WPISD.

3. MAIL DELIVERY TIMES

Print and mail orders will be sent out within 3 business days after WPISD processes them. Mail times vary between USPS & FedEx.

4. EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

You will be notified via email every time your order status changes.
